Home education can offer children wonderful freedom, but finding consistent opportunities for meaningful learning, creativity and connection is not always easy.

At Our Wild Space, children join a carefully designed year-long programme where nature, creativity and learning are brought together with real intention. Each block explores a rich theme, with different areas of learning blended naturally and taught through the outdoors.

Creative expression, practical exploration and different areas of learning are woven together throughout the programme, helping children make connections and develop their ideas over time.

Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, the programme is structured without feeling rigid. Children are invited to think, create, investigate and communicate in different ways, making every session part of a meaningful and connected learning journey.

Nature is not simply the setting. It becomes the material, the inspiration and the starting point. Children explore ideas in ways that feel active, purposeful and memorable.

Alongside the learning, children have regular opportunities to build friendships, collaborate and feel part of a small, supportive community. Each child also develops a personal portfolio that captures selected moments from their journey across the programme.
